There is no one day when no one complains about the bike lanes in Toronto.

Love them or hate them, use them or curse them, they are often hot topics in this city, and this weekend is no exception. After the first snowfall of the season on Sunday, cyclists want to know when they can safely ride in winter.

Cyclists in the city quickly documented their dangerous riding on Twitter. Although the road is unobstructed, some bike lanes are still slippery and covered with snow.

The snowfall provides a good reminder that people will do it #WinterCycling cc @TOCentreCyclist @joe_cressy @kristynwongtam @EMcMahon_TCT @LisaStokes66 @kemosite @patrickbrownont @OldTownToronto @slnaspeak #biketnuhner0

The picture shows many tracks passing through the snowy road. A clear sign is that the cyclists in Toronto were not deterred by a bit of snow.

Many people have emphasized the dangers of homeowners and business owners shoveling snow into bicycle lanes on Twitter. A woman said on Twitter that she had a dispute with some people who pushed snow from the sidewalk to the designated bicycle lane.

Sometimes cycling in TO is difficult-two people in safety vests were shoveling snow in the house, Shute and Parliament this morning. They are politely asked not to throw snow on the bike path when shoveling snow, because this is dangerous for cyclists.

According to the City of Toronto, bicycle lanes should be salted and plowed simultaneously with adjacent roads. Although the above tweet seems to have stated otherwise, the city government stated that bicycle lanes in the city center are a priority.

Despite the messy bike lanes, some cyclists in Toronto seem to like to ride on snowy days.
