The McKean County Partnership of Safe Kids Pennsylvania held a car seat check and bicycle helmet fittings at the Ashley Booth Griffin CARE for Children Center on Tuesday.

In total, nine car seats were checked, two car seats were replaced, and nineteen helmets were properly fit and distributed. Helmet fittings are available by appointment and can be scheduled by calling CARE for Children at 814-362-4621. The event was sponsored by the Exchange Club of Bradford, and Safe Kids PA — McKean County Partner is funded in part by the United Way of the Bradford Area, Inc.
